Glostrup Business Park: Close to the town of Glostrup and centrally located beside a main artery road. Part of the business park is also conveniently close to the railway station.

A good profile and ease of access makes this an attractive area for larger warehouses etc. Companies already established here include Bauhaus, Elgiganten and Tæppeland. The mix also includes some industry and smaller tradesmen’s companies.

Glostrup municipality is also working on a local plan for the business sector aimed at strengthening the retail trade in the area. The plan will also incorporate possibilities for establishing offices and residential properties in the area.

Hvissinge Business Park: Enjoys an excellent location in terms of traffic infrastructure, next to the main road (Hovedvejen) and the Ring 3 motorway. The area has several transport and logistics companies, as well as other companies that benefit from close proximity to good infrastructure.

In the northern part of the business park are companies such as HCS A/S, Kopenhagen Fur and Glostrup municipality’s waste recycling facility, while companies located in the southern part include ComputerCity, Griffin, Peugeot’s head office, Einar Kornerup A/S etc.

A projected S-train station at Priorparken, which will form part of Copenhagen’s local S-train network, will be located close to a section of the business park, further enhancing planning opportunities. And in another area of the business park, close to Hovedvejen, new office buildings have been constructed in recent years.

Ejby Business Park: Home to many different types of companies within administration, development, large retail warehouses, production, wholesalers and tradesmen. Companies based here include Danske Bank’s Development Section, Metro, Harald Nyborg, Evers A/S and Daells Bolighus.

The area is strategically located close to the motorway network with direct access to the Ring 3 motorway. A projected light railway is also planned, with a stop right outside the business park.

The light railway project has meant that in terms of planning the business park now affords expanded planning opportunities.

In addition, there has been an erosion of sectoral barriers in favour of knowledge-based businesses and, given that the area was originally earmarked for traditional industries, Glostrup municipality will be adapting the planning basis to accommodate changing and desired applications.
