INFRASTRUCTURE
Glostrup is an important traffic junction. Accessibility is good by private car and public transport.
At peak periods, 2 S-train lines linking to Copenhagen’s local S-train network run from Glostrup Station every 10 minutes. At other times there is 1 line every 10 minutes and in the evenings 1 line every 20 minutes.
From Glostrup Station it is only 9 minutes by S-train to Høje-Taastrup Station and 17 minutes to Copenhagen Central Station (regional, national and international train connections at both stations).
A total of 16 different bus routes operate from Glostrup Station, including 2 express S-bus routes.
Glostrup has many major traffic arteries including the Ring 3 motorway and Hovedvejen. In addition, the motorway network is conveniently close, with the Frederikssund Motorway and the Holbæk Motorway, as well as the Ring 3 motorway, all easily accessible.
A projected light railway alongside Ring 3 and an S-train station at Priorparken will further improve ease of access.
